This model was designed and made in 2017 in Abbasi Tar and Chang workshop. It is a professional and completely handmade instrument. The body is made of maple and the board is made of spruce wood. The instrument strings are made of metal and partly sugarcane paste. All parts are produced by Abbasi workshop. On the soundboard, very beautiful calligraphic paintings are done by the artist.

This model was designed and built first in 2008 by Abasi Tar and Harp Company. The instrument is totally handcrafted, the body is made out of maple wood and the sound board is very fine spruce wood. All pieces are made and assemble in our workshop. The strings are made of metal and silkgut. On the sound board there are floral design by our talented artist and the column is decorated with the very fine traditional parquetry.

Tar has an old antiquity in Iranian music that usually is made of berry tree`s wood.But I made them by some other tree`s wood such as ash tree , acacia locust tree & apricot tree too, that have a good sound.

I spent my childhood to get carpenter's profession at my father's working place.
I was 16 years old when I made a violin by three-ply wood from a picture for the first time and learned Violin from late master Asadollah Malek whit it for a few time, sometimes I made Dulcimer and it's plectrum at that time .
